I wish more clubs would keep a kit for more than one season. The pressure on parents to buy kids the newest kit every year is horrible

How do we tell the Irish Guy that

A. Forest are definitely getting themselves a front sponsor
B. Southampton’s home kit for this season literally looks like the one Thogden designed a few weeks ago

As a fellow sleeveless shirt scarf wearing aficionado, I find your fashion sense to be quite on point.

Bringing the daily mourinho news to the Irish guy
Summer edition

Jose mourinho is very big on family. He uses it as main motivation and he has a few rules he has kept for the last 20 plus years.
First of all Every time He plays a final His family always have to be in the stands. Usually when Jose wins Finals he directly look at them in the stand with some kind of gesture. For example after the final whistle in the conference league final Jose turned to them raising 5 fingers ( Which means 5 European titles)
Also Jose refuses to live somewhere without them. They are based in London so when he moved to man united instead of buying a house he spent 3 years renting a hotel near old Trafford.
He also lives in a hotel in Rome while he still have his main house not far from Stamford bridge in London.
Another thing. Jose admitted that the 1st thing he does after a game is call his wife to tell her the score and how the game went.
He has a son Who is also called Jose and who is in love with football himself. You often see him celebrating with Jose big victories. After a late goal against man city a few years ago Mourinho even jumped to the stand where his son was to hug him
His daughter is named Mathilde and has a jewelry business in London. Quite popular on IG with Jose liking and commenting every post she does and lately He has worn her jewelry during Games.

Even in family jose is the special one

Agree with the United sponsor. Would love it if Vodafone or Sharp returned as sponsor one day.

the forest kit has no sponsor as we haven’t got one confirmed yet and on the sleeves it’s trent bridge

the irish guy should do either rating prem teams kits from 5 or 10 years ago or rating iconic european kits, so like ac milan, old man u kits, old barca kits that sorta thing

Clubs only ever used to change their home shirt every 2 seasons when I was a kid.

Only the away shirts were guaranteed to be new ever year.

The pattern on the sleeves of the Forest shirt is the ironworks design on the TRENT BRIDGE, the bridge fans cross on the way to the City Ground. And At the moment Forest is in Discussions with several interested parties to be the shirt sponsor(including last season's one BOXT) There are reports a charity may go on the shirt also

Big up Brentford for keeping the same kit 👌

This season's City kit is the best of the Puma stinkers we've had in the past few years so I'm not complaining + the badge in the middle is quite nice. Hope you have yours ordered cuz you still have to go beg Jacky boy for a selfie in one😁

You’ve failed us as an Irishman

our kit (leicester) was designed to be a throwback to the 1980s era of the club. The design features are to bring that retro feel. I already have mine and its much better in person but the collar needs to be a smidge smaller

Chelsea’s kit is just 20/21 but with a bus-seat superimposed onto the collar. As for Man City I like the choice of the sleeve and collar colours. It’s clean and effective; what more can I say?

Also you can buy the Bournemouth one without the sponsorship as well.

I learned that The Irish guy just hates collars. The Man U one is beautiful! Nice call back to better days for them. But yea, he gave every kit with a collar a horrible grade! LOL

That Bournemouth kit is a pain to look at. Theres too much going on. Bournemouth v Liverpool at the Vitality stadium will make my eyes bleed and head go very dizzy.
