Bro this is misinformation, if you are not balding you shouldn’t use minoxidil and you don’t have to use it immediately 🤦🏻‍♂️

DO NOT USE IT WITHOUT ANY DOCTORS ADVICE

Applying natural oils for scalp massages actually works in hair fall control. Oils like coconut, onion, as well as rosemary are especially good. I mix a few drops of rosemary oil to my liiitleextraa coconinon shampoo with natural hair oil, and this really worked in seeing good hair growth.

Minoxidil doesn't stop balding, it may offset recession temporarily from an aesthetic viewpoint, but any balding you're genetically determined to experience will plow on forward overtime even with Min. How sensitive your hair is to DHT (a hormone that your body makes by converting testosterone via an enzyme) is what determines if you go bald or not and how quickly you do. You have to block the enzyme that creates DHT in order to slow down hair loss, which can come with side effects. Anyway, I know you're just pumping out video after video and probably don't care, but it's not hard to get correct and useful information in a short period of time, and you completely gloss over the potential downsides of minoxidil, not everyone can use it. Any desperate young guy watching this dude's videos should go check out More Plates More Dates if they want some decent self improvement education. Sorry to be harsh, but like you should just redo this little two second video with more accurate information if you care about giving people some solid advice.

Do not listen to this my dudes. Don't take random medications because a Youtuber said so. Get advice from a health professional.

If you don't have hair loss, using minoxidil is unnecessary and potentially risky. Blindly using minoxidil without considering the potential risks involved.

Buy a $10, silicone scalp massager. Remove tension = reverse hairloss. I've used finasteride for 4 years. It helps with retention. I didn't have much regrowth until i started massaging a few minutes a day.

Massage the muscles in your temples, above your ears and the back of your head when you shampoo/condition. Then go massage all over scalp for a minute. Massage more in sensitive areas.

Hair loss is caused by scalp tension > chronic inflammation > DHT hormone > microscarring > lower blood flow > follicle miniaturization > balding.

what i have seen is that the density of my hair has shown good improvement since I started applying littleeextra reaactivaate growth serum. I had patches where my hair was less, but they are becoming denser now.

I have been trying this hair growth serum of reactivate littleexttrra for a really long time now and happy with the results I have got with it... it's my 3rd serum bottle now.
This serum has to be applied to the scalp so it performs like magic to a dry scalp.
I put on it typically before bed time and just massage it well into my hair....and wash it the next morning. I have noticed hair growth and improvement in my hairline.

I'll not recommend using minoxidil, unless you are losing your hair. Otherwise, your hair will start to shed and later if you'll stop using it, your hair will more likely fall out. Btw. Use it along side with your Doc. Advise.

Guys, one thing, minoxidil does not fix your hormone disbalance and soner or later minoxidil will stop working for you. Ive tried and tested. You need to take control of DHT and take Finasteride to take it back to normal level. Do not take advice from a blogger, most of them dont know what they are talking about

i use minoxidil and finasteride. i’m 23, i started losing hair bad around 20 due to stress and bad hair products. i’ve started using rosemary oil and i also take 1mg minoxidil and 1mg finasteride daily (pill). i also use caffeine shampoo. i have regular sex and am physically active so the side affects of “limp dick” due to that pill hasn’t affected me at all. i also drink a lot of water, eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and use steam room/sauna 2/3 times a week - the dark circles are minimal for me. my hair has now grown back and how it was when i was 16. basically what i’m trying to say is don’t listen to anyone on the internet if they say use something or don’t. do your own research.

The first dude isn't even balding. His hairline is just naturally high and it's slightly matured with age. Not receding and it's not MPB.

An alternative to his advice, give yourself a scalp massage to increase blood flow to your head. I bought a scalp massager that I use while in the shower along with an exfoliating scalp scrub and it feels amazing. Use cool water while you rinse, and avoid styling with heat tools and a blow dryer on high heat setting. You do not want to fry your hair. Also helps to apply a few droplets of rosemary oil onto your scalp and massage it in after you're done towel drying. That will also help if you're prone to dryness/itchy flaky scalp. It smells good also. Your diet also plays a huge role in cell growth. Healthy hair can only grow with proper nutrition and adequate hydration. A biotin supplement is also necessary as part of your daily intake.
