I remember playing golf once and a guy was trying to win the last hole even though he was already 10 shots clear of the group for the round. One of the group urinated in his bag when he wasn't looking. To this day its not clear to me who was in the wrong. It didn't really matter since the dude never sussed it owing to the time he spent lining up his putt.

As an Aussie, I don’t understand this “rule” at all. If the team that’s getting slapped just quits then the team infront has to take it easy on them…. Lol. Multi millionaire athletes crying because they got rolled. What a bunch of babies. 😂

losing side players still defend (to showcase their talents in garbage time)
winning side must try to score to showcase both their offense and other team defense. This is fine.

losing side gave up entirely, players play garbage time with garbage actions.
winning side (using seldom used players) must play, by attempt to score or something.

this unwritten rule is just a win win situation for the bum losers. not sweating and gets paid in a job that requires physical efforts.
