As a hot gyal, I have steps to my shower, a whole routine.

1. Start with a bar soap like carbolic
2. Then one body wash
3. After another body wash
4. Then an exfoliating scrub
5. Lastly an in shower lotion or whipped body cream/oil.

One of the best ways the have the scent lingering, is using familiar scents throughout the entire routine. T you use all my body products. As for oral products have you tried Toms toothpaste and their mouthwash they’re good but fluoride free.

Use certain dri deodorant in prescription strenght. Its designed to use at nights and in d morning u can use any deodorant u could not use b4 & u wont smell. Laser aint d issue, botox under d arm will fix d issue of armpit odor too. Toothbrushes packed with bristles brush teeth better. Thera breath mouthwash is wayyy better than listerine, it gets rid of halitosis that listerine wont get rid of and plax mouthwash is a pre brush mouthwash to use b4 brushing, very good. Gel oils r d best, u use them right out d shower when ur body is wet. Body soft like baby wid dem.

I personally love the "Secrets clear gel deodorant" last all day and smells very good my favorite are the Vanilla/Lavender but there are loads of different scents.

Listen Honey Pot is God gift to females! It dear bad but it worth it! Dr. Bronners I do use too, LOOVVEEEE IT!! The carmex bad like gas I use it too, the coconut oil from Pink, I have the same scent in the Tea Tree Hut plus the gloves! Gonna try the others you suggested. Good hygiene is a must

ARM & HAMMER Advance White Baking Soda & Peroxide Toothpaste does wonders with whitening your teeth. I basically use it like 4 days out of the week morning and night first & then I use a Colgate toothpaste to give me the following touch. I love the water flosser! Even after using regular floss I still use my water flosser. I find that there's sometimes still stuff left behind after regular floss.

Hi honey! The biggessstt tip for underarms is using PanOxyl! It’s an acne face wash but it kills everything in your armpits and it’s also creamy and not harsh on your skin! And use it in your night time bath then fulll your armpit with deodorant. Go to sleep then the next day you won’t have any smell all day

Loved this! I also use interdentals before I use my floss, sometimes I add a tiny bit of toothpaste on them as well, go in and my teeth feet fresh and clean. The only trouble is that many times the size of the brushes don't fit between the teeth. I've found the best size for me is the "tight" ones, they slip in and out pretty easily, then I floss, then I brush.

Carbolic is a good anti-bacterial, and mildly antiseptic soap. even doctors prescribe it for you here in Canada..Jamaican have a problem with everything that is good and things other countries cherrish..
