I agree with teeqo. When you represent a brand you represent everybody that is involved with the brand. You represent your family and friends. The fact that he understands that makes him more innocent because he realizes that if you do something stupid like Kay it hurts the brand, reputation, family and everyone will know you for that. Which is why they dropped Kay so quickly because he was hurting their brand and wasnt representing them as he should have been. The fact that Kays videos looked way more fake with his fake crying/ emotions and you can feel that this is more of a realistic reaction to how someone would feel if this happened to them.
