I have a IOS 17.3.1 but I don’t have a scan option ? When I tap the +, it puts me in a new file and it doesn't offer me the option to capture an object. Why ?

too bad it requires LiDAR which makes sense but why doesn't it let you use FaceID? There are third party apps however that work with FaceID. I suppose the models from those can be imported to reality composer.

I have a problem with the white bars. Sometimes they just don’t appear in certain areas no matter how many times I go back and it’s frustrating. It’s always either that or being told to move closer even though I am already close. So now my phone is literally in the face of the object but I’m still being told to move closer.
