Love how instead Milton died savagely, by Arthurs hand and Jack avenged them all and his Dad by ending Ross 15 years later. Beautiful story telling!

Two things, First of all, healthy Arthur would have ROYALLY messed up Milton/Ross in a first fight, Second of all, it’s funny that Ross says “Enjoy your fishing kid” to Jack, only for Jack to roll up on him years later, kind of Ironic, yet fitting way to bring it full circle 😈❤️‍🔥

Another great but quick to miss detail about this scene is that Arthur almost shoots both of them in the back as soon as they turn around and walk away, you can see his right hand hover above his holster like he's about to pull his gun out, but he doesn't because he doesn't want to do it in front of Jack.

It's such a shame how easily Arthur could've killed both of them as soon as Ross put down his shotgun. Ironic given the fact that earlier in the game, Arthur said anyone who needs shootin he tries to shoot in the back. So many times this game could've ended differently which makes it's true ending all the sadder.

Notice how Ross only speaks up to threaten Jack, a child. Jack ends up repaying him when he kills Ross while he was out fishing later in life.
