Baseball will always live on and fans will come but its cultural relevance has been dead for years ever since the disillusionment of the post steroid era which was already a placebo to fix the damage from the 1994 strike.

There’s no one singular solution to fixing baseball, it’s going to take several smaller steps and by all accounts; the most important people who have direct control over addressing the issues are not in the mood to invest into baseball, only maintain their rackets until the fans either stop coming or the universe collapses into a black hole or something

Top prospects could go the Posting route. You just need to play in an MLB recognized foreign league like the NPL or KBO for at least 6 seasons. Carter Stewart made 7 mil and would be eligible for free agency at 25 as opposed to 28. Idk how practical it is but its an option.

ESPN and others are somewhat responsible for the way the game of baseball is played. Only show the homeruns in the highlights. Gotta be a homerun hitter to get your pub.

Fans need to send a clear message to MLB. Saying you're not going to watch or follow anymore isn't the answer. All this does is cut our 👃 to spite our faces. We love this game we only hurt ourselves by doing this. Bottom line is not going to the stadiums and spending outrageous amounts of money to go is the answer. Stay home and watch on TV. Send a message that fans need to be respected more. This is the only way fans can be heard

If they are things they can't be fixed then how can it be broken? It isn't broken dude it's just how it is the same with how long a game takes. Watch or don't watch is the bottom line you can't make people interested that aren't.
