I don't think I'll ever get an answer but I'll ask anyways.
How can the pwa be setup/configured so the login is stored where the user is not required to login every time they use the app?
I've read articles about c#/ dot net can do it but haven't found anything on oracle side?
Is there any interesting articles about this topic?

it is good but how we can use it for some form when offline. as i understand it will be worked like native application. for example i am entering employee data and my network connection lost but still i am entering data and when i got connection than it synchronized with server. like email and WhatsApp messages when there is no network we can entered and send when network connected/get than there will be post to server. can you make one video or guide us how we can do that?

Good work from apex comunity, however I already tried to run this feature but it seems not working propably.. I am getting this error "Your device or browser does not appear to support the installation of Progressive Web Apps right now"
Even after I enabled https with self-signed certificate
