But that is what a restraining order is about feeling. One person can easily take something as harassment and threatening and another not. This is why all restraining orders are approved by a judge.

He is full of shit and the judge is not having any of it, he thinks he is the 1st, we see this in courts all the time, people trying to get out of a case against them by filing ridiculous claims, if he was truly harassing u, u would have filled a protective order a longtime, filing it a day after u whr served a lawsuit 😂

Oh I see. so you're only supposed to be able to get a protective order after somebody hurts you not before they hurt you because you feel like you're like to be in danger... Yeah she's 100% wrong here. You are absolutely allowed to get a protective order because you feel like someone could be a threat to you. You don't get an order after they're a threat to you!
