He totally should have picked Boy George. After seeing his look transformation now, it's clear that Guy just doesn't have the experience with the LGBTQ community to understand what he's going through and help him even after the show, which is what he was asking for. He shouldn't have hidden the real reason he disappeared from the limelight. I mean, I get it, there's trauma there and there's risk in sharing it on national TV but isn't it clear why he was getting death threats? Boy George was clearly the better fit.
