Thanks for the video, it's really helpful, currently I am living small society on rent, I can see many problems one of them is pipe issues, pipes get blocked and some people face water shortages due to faulty pipes, lifts are getting stopped due to some technical issues. Currently society is handed over by builder but as future buyer I would like to know how to check this. Because even though it seems small issue but it effects day to day life.
