What size are the turtles and what size works best with turtles lair

Well, looking back at the Rise sewer lair and comparing it with this one, I have to say I like the Rise one better. But it is too big. I think they should've gone with a "split the difference" plan. Basically, a nice 2 level "sewer" with a city on top. Not quite as big as Rise but larger than this. I think that offers enough area for play features and display but also doesn't take up too much space. But yeah, the "characters on the backdrop" has always annoyed me.

The figures are actually super detailed considering it’s a play set. I am indeed a child so I am basically a toy enthusiast, and I can confirm this is a high quality item.
