Sadie, I’m SO sorry this happened but really thankful you shared your story. It is so important for other diabetics to hear this as a wake up call for them too, because life gets busy and we prioritize work or other people over our own health. Hope you’re doing ok mentally and physically ❤️

Oh my goodness!! As a type 1 diabetic myself I completely understand how crazy this is! Literally my biggest fear! I am so glad you are okay! I’ve also recently had a scary hospital experience related to diabetes but I guess the opposite. I was sick and had scarily high ketones and my heart rate was unusual, so I went in an ambulance and stayed at the hospital for 11+ hours. It was when there was a peak of covid cases in my area so I wasted allowed visitors and they also didn’t have any hospital beds, so I was sat in a waiting room chair for the entire time and unfortunately the doctors were quite rude and made me feel like it was my fault this happened.

Your mum is so right! “If you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything”

Literally any diabetes content would be great! (Whatever you are comfortable with sharing) I love watching T1D day in the life’s. makes me feel not alone! ❤

This is very educational for the people who dont take their diabetes seriously. You could literally die from one simple mistake. Im definitely glad you told your story because its going to open some eyes. Im glad you are better love❤️🙏🏽

omg i had chills watching this. It made me remember how I discovered I had thyroid cancer just because my boyfriend pointed out a little ball that I had in my neck (that I had been ignoring for months) I really thank god every single day that I'm alive and also that I learned to hear my body and go to the doctor❤️❤

as someone who is diabetic this is such a scary thing, I'm so glad your ok and that you got proper help! I've heard so many stories of uneducated paramedics so its good to hear a good outcome for once. I would love if you could make some more content about diabetes because this alone encouraged me to take better care of myself

Sadie, that was so close to a diabetic coma. I’m so sorry this happened to you. I look after a girl in my school with diabetes and she is so bad at taking care of it so this really helped me understand why it’s dangerous for diabetics to go low

Second chances are so meaningful and in my experience helped me better my life in so many aspects of life.. So happy ur healthy and got saved. ❤ lots of love
