I live in Ottawa. I am 65 yrs old. I've never had so much fun in my life. This has been the biggest love fest block party in history. Dancing in the street, musical bands by parliament, free comedy routines. Christians preaching near parliament. Open prayer groups praying for our country. Everybody from all walks of life, every ethnic group, draped with Canadian flags. People shouting freedom and singing our national anthem. Much better than Woodstock but much safer. I have had my faith in humanity restored seeing the love of Canadians given to everyone in extremely cold weather. People I know from other parts of Canada and the USA want video. They have an insatiable interest and are watching carefully the loving Canadians that have made Ottawa their temporary home. A truly historical event. I feel blessed to have been able to experience this wonderful carnival of the human spirit.
