Watching this makes me want to try it myself. Perch seems like a good one to start on. Maybe a bream since they are easy to catch and have simple color patterns

Im thinking of getting into the hobby, however, the only thing keeping from trying it out is idk how to properly clean the head portion. How do you clean out the brains and cheek meat and other meat in the head?

My husband loves fishing! We're in san antonio and haven't caught anything! When he finally does, I want to taxidermy it as a memory. I normally put animals in jars but want to start doing this
