Keyboard Shortcuts for .NET MAUI Desktop Apps with the NEW Keyboard Accelerator Feature

.NET 8 introduced a plethora of new features, enhancements, and optimizations for .NET MAUI apps and one of my favorites is the ability to add keyboard shortcuts to your menus for Windows and Mac apps. It takes just a few seconds and really improves the overall user experience, so let's do it!
