This detailed and insightful session co presented with the University of Law lays down clearly what it will mean to qualify under the new SQE route and who will be affected. It goes further too and takes what is supposed to happen in theory into what is also happening in practice as law course providers and law firms begin to manage the system alongside their own preferences. This is especially important for those wondering how the period of Qualified Work Experience will replace the Training Contract in both name and practice.

Its an excellent starting point for Cambridge students keen to catch up with a change that has been long in planning and has now arrived.
Topics covered inc:
The two routes to practice
What is the SQE both as an examination and learning experience
Timelines
The LPC and SQE compared and pros and cons of each
The content for the SQE preparatory courses and costs
Broad issues to think about when deciding on which route and which law course provider.

Accurate video. However I do not regard 100% multiple choice as tough. It requires no written English, no essays, none of the skills lawyers make and is a huge mistake by the SRA. They need to return to difficult written legal essay and problem questions not 100% multiple choice.

Thank you the valuable information.
I am an LLB graduate from India. As a foreign law graduate, is it necessary for me to undergo a conversion program like PgDL?
