If you know the lore of the game this track is pretty close to make you cry by the way how tragic everything is. You killed innocent, you took away the hope, you took a life of one of the two Gods of this world - the better one to be exact.... and all of this was for a goddamn greed of the corporation. No wonder that "he left with everything but his humanity". I love/hate this song for how great it is and for how much pain it can cause... And this cover made it even worse making it sound like a crazed desparate roar of loosing the last bits of the sanity, succumbing to your primal feel - anger, hatred, that slowly feasts on everything left, and swallowen sadness - the last humanity in the protagonist left. The last bits of th song is pure agony (not to my ears, but in the emotionl way), while fading of the last seconds are just... how to explain it... like loosing every senses in the process.
