Kevin, in your opinion, what's a realistic price "adjustment". I also heard this word used in a video on Twitter recently. If XRP see's mass adoption from banks could they request the price to reset to a few cents or to a fraction of a penny? if they want to buy/use XRP, don't they have the price "adjustment" leverage? Or am I missing something in regards to the open market of XRP? Thanks.

There’s an issue with your narrative. Much of what you’re reporting is highly, highly speculative, Kevin.
Ripple would NOT be threatening to move if they were in deep talks with the powers that be(Government/treasury). It’s highly speculative that utility will move the price. There are NO obvious winners, yet. Time is the only one with the answers.
