In this video I'm showing my lovely viewers one of my favourite childhood dishes, Caldu. This dish is very popular in both Senegal and Gambia and mostly loved by all tribes.
It is prepared mostly using Tilapia fish as Tilapia is full of flavours and freshness. You can choose to substitute some of the vegetables with any veggies you prefer.
