Callers reporting criminal activity will receive a ticket (Criminal Offense) and court date through the mail for falsely reporting crimes transferring the legal burden of proof and legal costs upon unsuspecting callers! (This is common practice among the police and it's dead wrong!)

Destitute, poor mindset people with no morals. You get into an accident. You exchange insurance info or call the police to make a report, submit the report to your insurance, make appointment for collision repair. Have your insurance or you pay for car rental and stay alive. Is that hard!!!!
