Now yes, this is a pretty shitty thing to do. Putting other live in danger for some adrenaline. HOWEVER, these drivers actually use their blinker lights! So many drivers, especially here in the US, don't ever use em. I commend these drivers for being both responsible and irresponsible at the same time.
