Lets Build a HelpMeRent React Js Ruby On Rails Application with NextJS: Design Part 1

In this live stream we will focus on designing a NextJs/Ruby on Rails app which is going to help us organize the tedious process of renting apartments.
I am presently switching cities and its a daunting task to contact owners from multiple rentals on multiple sites, automate sending messages, parsing emails and connecting the right listing we browsed or viewed with the right email. Finding out the nearbys, the pros and cons of the place etc.
It would also be great if we could add virtual tour videos to the correct listings to take the final decisions before applying.

I have seen all apps out there focused on helping landlord rent and make process simpler for them but I didn't find any service focused on renters themselves.

This app will help me organize all these intricate processes and I thought why not work on it with you guys. :)
