This is a great comparison. But imma say 2K17 is better. Atleast with universe mode. Yes 2k23 has the graphics. It lets u customize cut scenes in universe mode. But 2k17 had a promo system. Show intro. Royal rumble rivalries. Undertakers wrestlemania rivalries. The universe mode was a bit more realistic.
