Open source models that can run locally are by far the best when it comes to being uncensored, and they offer the most privacy.
So far Mistral is the best for 7b and 13b models, and no credit limitations. From your tests, this one is nowhere even close to Mistral 7b in any way.

edit: Even if small open source models that can run locally are 1-2 years behind the cutting edge ones, they will be the ones that will win at the end. Most will value unrestricted and uncensored models that can run locally which offer the best privacy more than the more capable ones that have a ton of restrictions and no privacy.
By this time next year we'll have small open source models with GPT-4 level capabilities and multimodality, that will run on a GPU with 10gb VRAM.

This is the next stage. Uncensored LLMs, Grok COULD be that model on a much wider scale, however if ANY one of these models manages to break through into the quote, unquote "mainstream" maybe that would give OpenAI a little more incentive to at least create a more "laxed" version of ChatGPT to compete.

Censored AI is just inherently more stupid. Uncensored AI is essential for scientific research or objectively looking at anything that is considered controversial. The best AI developers respect the intelligence of the users.

Having just come back after testing freedomgpt’s capabilities, I can now say confidently that you’d have to pay _me_ to use that website. The uncensored LLMs are hot garbage. Being able to produce uncensored content isn’t useful if the model is too stupid to understand the most basic of instructions or even repeat them back to me.
