Moment Calais migrants jumped onboard lorries - BBC News

Helicopter footage shows Migrants attempting to board lorries near Calais. Large numbers of migrants are attempting to get into cars and lorries, backed up at Calais, because of a strike by French ferry workers. Ships are not being allowed to leave or enter the port. Eurotunnel says it has reduced its shuttle train services between Calais and Folkestone and queues are building up on approaches to Dover.

I was European truck driver from 88 until 2001. I didn't experiences this situation in Calais but I do not understand the transport companies in this matter. They can made it more difficult for this people. I'm sorry but really, this is to much, full is full right! Europe most close the borders again as I know that time as safe, remember everything 1989. The drivers of that time driving in an dream, an this in an free and beautifully Europe were country's as France, Spain, Italy feels with his special valuta romantic. Seems like a good idea would be to have decoy trucks with a lot of room in the trail or. Large amounts of migrants would hop in. The driver could continue towards the ferries but u turn at the last exit, at which point the doors of the trailer would automatically lock and the driver could bring them to the nearest police station where immigration was waiting to ship them back to N. Africa. Adios amigos!

I am in a similar situation at the moment, My truck was caught at the Croatian border, When they found a man hidden in a truck, And now they ask me for a ransom 4570€ . The driver knew nothing and how to act where to find justice help me someone please....Unofficially, the guards ask me to pay this money ...I have no experience with this and maybe someone can tell me something. thanks.
