Funny story regarding ramen/noodle with cheese, I love cheese on many things.

But there's this one brand in my country, Indonesia called "Richeese" with their noodle + cheese instant noodle. And that... that abomination was the first time cheese was ruined for me.

I wasn’t a fan the first time I tried ramen and cheese, but the normal shin ramyun with cheese goes hard! If you guys are wondering this is my strat:

Egg yolk, seasoning packet, a little water pasta water from the nudes you’re cooking, slice of American cheese and mix. Pour in nudes and water once cooked and add another slice of cheese on top. Makes the broth really thick and rich and damn I wish I had American cheese so I can make a bowl right now
