I think Shavkat can take out Belal convincingly, he is taller, has better striking everywhere and hits harder, has more submissions, 100% finish rate vs a guy that doesn't finish most of his fights...
I mean, i can only see Belal winning by decision, otherwise i got Rakhmonov. I don't think he will fear the power of Belal coming at him, he'll just walk forward like a zombie 😆
