My night routine and sleeping earlier to wake up earlier! The secret to waking up earlier is ensuring you're also sleeping earlier. If I know I'm waking up at 5am, I try to do a lot the day before to get myself tired so that I can sleep quickly. I love it when you post stuff like sleeping early and then waking up early like as in waking up EARLY I used to wake up at 4-5 but then I got lazy and then my sleep got messed up but when you post your videos they remind me to be in productive mode so I'm so glad to say you basically put me back to my healthy self again!!! 🫶🏻💜

Watching your videos always inspires me to be so much more productive and always puts me in a way better mood and mental space. I've been so busy with work lately that it's been hard to keep up with all the good habits that I've picked up from watching your channel but watching another video of yours after a long time has put me back in the mood to keep trying even harder! You've also inspired me to start going to church so I've begun doing that with a friends family who goes every Sunday. I may still struggle with things like believing in God but going to church is always so fun and relaxing so I look forward to it every week - Easter Vigil last Saturday was super cool at our church too! I'm learning my prayers and reading the bible more just like you and even if I'm struggling to find faith I'm not struggling to relax and have fun. Thank you again so much! Following you really does help me out a bunch and watching this video has encouraged me to get back in charge of my life in different ways! After I get off work today I'm going to tidy up my room for a half an hour and then actually let myself relax and get some stretching in. Good morning and good night!

I do the same full body stretch when I do my stretches at the gym! Really helps a lot

I've found that using a timer on my phone to hold my stretches helps me actually keep the stretch instead of coping out early (for those who are looking for other methods to get motivated for stretching). I've also used watching my favorite youtube videos for 2 minutes or so to hold the stretch or read a few pages of my book to hold my stretch.
