Princess Ursula, also known as the Sea Witch, is a character on ABC's Once Upon a Time.

Ursula is based on the Sea Witch and the titular character from the fairytale "The Little Mermaid", and on one of Poseidon's daughters from Greek Mythology. She is also based on the character of the same name and partly on Ariel from the Disney film, The Little Mermaid.

She really should have shown to have at least some water based powers. Couldn't have been any harder to do than Elsa and Ingrid using ice or all the fireballs in the show. I think the line "gonna need gills to breathe" at least alluded to her being able to conjure water or drown people but... still.
