You need to improve your customer service and understand what it looks like. After purchasing several knives from you over the years the clip and screws on the Böker Plus Exskelibur II Cocobolo pocket knife, 01BO023 which I purchase in July this year have come out and are lost, I have contacted you and you’ve told me replacement screws will be 2-4 months ! When I asked why so long you said because they have to come from China !! I said I’ll send the knife back for a refund ( I’m in the uk so I’d have to pay £16 to send ) you said ok bit we only refund 75% back. I’m sorry but that’s shocking service, the knife has a years warranty, have word with yourselves
