Sir you are wrong as irrational roots occur in conjugate pairs hence if you take 1+3^1/2 as a root you have to take 1_3^1/2as other root and third root is 1 in any case

Sir, in the question T(p)=p'. it was given the V as the polynomial of degree less than 10. If we consider, a polynomial of degree less than 10, then the rank of T is not equal to 10.
