Mustang Active Exhaust Comparison: Borla Vs. Corsa

With the response to our Borla Active ATAK exhaust video, Bill wanted to give a comparison between the Borla ATAK and the Corsa Active exhaust. Which one do you prefer?

I have the Borla ATAK and it sounds amazing. Super loud, even so I got pulled over and the cop asked which system i had because he’s a mustang owner lol

they both sound pretty good, I would go in favor of the Borla system, just seems like more of a raw V8 tone.

The difference between quiet mode and track mode is more noticeable with Borla, the Borla tone is better overall and I like the Borla tips more so I'd say Borla by a nose over Corsa

I own an active exhaust 550. Im going to buy the Corsa based on personal experience with the neighbourhood. Those deep rumbling sounds at low revs that Borla are famous for are also the sound waves that annoy the neighbours to hell and back. They go right through walls like bass from a noisy party.

To me Borla Atak has a better tone. May not be as loud... but the sound is more pleasant.

After debating back and forth between Atak and Corsa Extreme. I went with Corsa Extreme. It’s such a clean and loud sound and but can be controlled with throttle. Highly recommended

They both sound amazing. The corsa has kind of a snarl to it. Like a savage beast snarling if you get too close I love it

You’ve said it many times. Your favorite exhaust is Borla S type. My favorite is Corsa Xtreme.

Me personally definitely go with borla hands down the time of it I love some may love the corsas tone more but for me the borla is better

I think the corsa says more. When I hear a corsa mustang I know it. A big plus for me is corsa has zero drone. I had the borla s type and and the drone was terrible. CORSA FOR ME ALL DAY!!!
