This video is the 4th video of a 5 part series on building an electric skateboard. In this episode Im programming the VESC. This VESC I’m using is VESC 4.12. This is a single motor build using one 5065, 1200 watt motor. I will make sure to have all the parts I used in this build listed below.

I didn’t spend too much time talking about the parts because I will get into that in the last episode. Stay tuned for the whole performance review coming up in the next and final episode!

I have a longboard dual motor electric skateboard already and I wanted to see how a single motor build would compare and what it was capable of.
