Interesting that in the Canadian press briefing the spokeswoman confirmed two F18s and two F22’s were scrambled to intercept and attack this, third object. She said it was “cylindrical” and smaller than the Chinese balloon. However she would not refer to it as a balloon

My speculation is that all these objects are deployed around the same time, possibly drones and balloons worked together as a network to achieve some purpose.
