How to remove the Primary Account from Outlook

Cannot thank you enough for this video... I had been stuck with a primary account for months that had an expired security certificate and every time I opened outlook for my merge mail accounts I would get a warning pop up.... Great work Carson! :-)

Thanks, in our situation we did not have the Named user under profiles in registry location, so I ended up deleting all the Hex number folders in there, then it deleted the user on its own (probably still somewhere in there) without that persistent cannot delete primary account. Thanks a million for the direction!

Perfect. Liked the vid. No one else knew how to sort this from the 50 or so pages I saw. I was getting corporate prompts for my old company, and couldn't remove that and it started crashing outlook on start up. Even a full reinstall didn't sort. This cleaned up everything.
