Props to Ortiz for pulling out the Zimmer Frame to knock out Martin but he looked terrible. He struggled with a guy that Wilder fans often made fun of and now are using mental gymnastics to justify his bad performance.

People are now talking about Ortiz age but when I pointed out his decline a couple years ago, I was ignored and called a hater.

People are now all of a sudden saying the version of Martin that Ortiz fought was better than the version that AJ fought. When I said Martin has improved since the AJ defeat, people would laugh and mock him as a fighter but now he made Ortiz look bad all of a sudden Martin's GRAND improvement (I say that sarcastically since that's what they're making it out to be all of a sudden) is now being used as an excuse for why Ortiz looked bad.

How about Ortiz was never that good to begin with? He's a good fighter but he's oberhyped.
