How to install CentOS 7 on VirtualBox

I followed the instructions but I'm stuck at the installation. I installed the centos iso file and located in the VM that I created. But once I clicked on the install centos 7 option. It's not proceeding further. Would you pls help

Bro I am not getting red hat 64 bit, I am getting it 32 bit what should I do
