I had the same problem but mine was resolved. All I did was remove the ram and used a pencil eraser to wipe the ram gold contacts. It really worked.

The problem is in some cabels that make some kind of bad power cut so to fix this problem find in your motherboard cabel for 3.0 or more ports im not sure what port cabel you have mine is blue one on after that just give it nice couple of trys it should work if it change your mouse port to other usb port and make sure you move your pc it should work

In my case, The main culprit is the monitor Power cable (not the VGA, HDMI) the main power cable.
It was damaged.
Sorry for my bad English😅😅😅

Please make sure before putting in the HDMI cable in graphic card your turf off the power supply completely or else it wont work trust me it took me 3 hrs to figure this thing. 1.Turn of the Pc 2.Find the HDMI of GRAPHIC card 3. Turn the PC on....Make sure the connection is proper and not loose and the graphic card Hdmi is important.

Since you cleared cmos already, try a different monitor and cable to rule out those being the problem. I doubt it's thermal paste or an overheating issue because it would shut down completely. It could be your RAM or even CPU

For those saying you need a GPU, you only need a GPU if you feel you need a GPU. Onboard graphics are just fine in most cases. And that's coming from someone with a water-cooled 3090 but have owned many pc's with onboard graphics
