This TRX Core Challenge is suitable for everyone who has experience on the TRX Suspension Trainer. This workout focuses on Core and Abdominal Exercises. This video is the eighth one of the TRX Core Challenge which will have 12 videos in total spread over one month. Duration of the video: 24 minutes. Pace of the workout and transition times are perfect for Intermediate and Advanced Levels.

I am still with you, Carla! This series is so beautifully designed to increase difficulty without overwhelming and discouraging. I never feel exhausted or too sore, and when the next video comes out I can do it, I’m ready to go. I did a regular strength training workout yesterday that included a plank, and it was stunning how easy it was to hold. The trx plank is so much more challenging, but I got there without realizing it. Thanks!
