Installing 3 season doors on a Toyhauler

A step by step process on how to install new 3 season doors across the back of a Toy-hauler Trailer. (Please Have patience, I'm new at this :) ).

That looks better than my factory installed one. You have no gaps, Keystone shipped mine full of gaps.. good job.

Glad mine were already installed, great info! Just a tip on your top bunk mattress and blanket touching ceiling. My previous toy hauler bunk mattress was touching ceiling causing stains on ceiling from condensation. I made sure I have clearance on my Momentum 21G. Thanks for posting.

I’ve been having a problem with my driver side door falling out when I opened it or when pulling into the garage. Your shim idea is perfect. I think I will shim both sides top and bottom just to tighten up that pivot joint. I’m going to look for something other than a wood shim just because these are doors and could be exposed to water. If I find something acceptable as an alternative I will come back to this video and post it. Thank You

Someone mentioned it might be best to use plastic shims not wood and I agree after having to hose the salt mist off the doors after camping at the beach. I only needed <1/4"-1/2" and these don't say how thick or thin they are:

In spite of all the problems, we got these installed with our toy hauler because of how they open. They of course have the huge gaps and let in bugs - and mice eventually I bet. Do you think we might be able put a screen like yours into our toy hauler with these doors? If so, what screen would fit? Any help would be appreciated! Your screen looks like it was made for this match with the doors!

I own 2016 Heartland RoadWarrior 420 toy hauler and can’t find a 3 season patio door. Heartland says it’s not available for my rig. Anyone have suggestions on where to buy?

Poor quality i can't see nor understand what your doing or saying. You're way too close with your camera so your audience can't see or understand what your " tweaked trailer" problem is. Sorry
