I'm new to the game and I have couple of questions. First padel uses hard material for racquet aka no string bed so it padel generally bad for tennis elbow sufferers and how prevalent the elbow is? Hi, great video, very helpful. I've been playing with an Adidas V6 for a while now, and after trying a couple of rackets from some friends, I want to step up to a better one. One option would be the Adidas ESSNova Carbon CTRL 3.1. But should I save a bit and go with a better one latter? Is a better racket like the Metalbone CTRL or the Adipower CTRL counterproductive for my begginer/intermediate level? Or is the ESSNova a better option for me now?
