I feel like until we see what other support cards come for Purple/BlackLeader Luffy, I feel like most of the stuff that OP5 Purple Luffy run would still be the best version for the deck; like 3c Zorojuuro, 5C and 7c Eustace Kidd, 4 cost Law, 9c purple Kaido or 10c purple Gear 5 Luffy. I could be wrong though.

Both of these leaders are interesting, but I am not excited for either one yet. I will need to see what cards come in op-09 before I cook up anything. There are a decent number of -2 effects in Film with Bullet, Uta, Gild Tesoro, and that one 3c Film event. Imagining a world where a Film Luffy exists right now, but let's see what support he gets.
