I agree, the Hyena would win, they're like a large honey badger. However, the kangal has a higher bite force than a Lion. That being said, I would much rather get bitten by a Kangal than a Lion or Hyena.

Kangal came from turkey not Africa a few kangal got imported to Africa many years ago to help protect flocks from lions and other predators search it up do ur homework please alot of kangals have to fight off predators like wolves coyotes and bears also boerbol dogs have been used in Africa for years to protect homesteads and flocks and they do that well so a kangal should b able to do the same also kangals firsts reaction is put themselves between their flock and threat and then proceed to intimidate if that don't work they step there intimidation level up they actually do everything they can to deterr the threat off if all else fails then they attack they were not trained to just run in there and fight without a single thought otherwise there flock is unguarded there concided a national treasure in sivas (turkey) there confidence is always at all time high a lone kangal trained properly would die to defend there flock they bond with there flock not the human there owners spend the least amount of time with them as they possibly can in order for them to bond with there herd
