2024 Distinguished Service Award Jeffrey L. Anderson, MD

Jeffrey Anderson, MD, is receiving the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine at the University of Utah Distinguished Service Award in recognition of his dedicated service to the field of cardiovascular disease through research and practice, and commendable volunteerism and leadership through the American Heart Association.

Since 1991, the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine at the University of Utah has annually recognized accomplished alumni and friends with the MedExcellence Awards. Awards are presented in the following categories: Distinguished Alumni Award, Distinguished Humanitarian Award, Distinguished Service Award, Clinical Community Faculty Award, and alternating presentation of the Golden Anniversary Prize for Clinical Investigation and the M. Paul Southwick Prize for Clinical Excellence and Teaching Award.
