I believe that should be told upfront when talking to someone. Give people the opportunity to make their own choice. You shouldn’t make a choice for someone just because you like them. This goes for Trans individuals, bisexuals, STD positive individuals, criminal status, marital status…

To avoid meeting up with an individual who will not match your standards, both parties should be transparent. Before first date subjects: gender assigned at birth. Sexual preference. Age marriage/relationships. Children. Any sexual health issues. Lastly, any troubles with the law. Anything that will affect me. If that person doesn't agree with what you bring, that person is NOT for you.

As a Transgender Woman myself I absolutely agree with Claudia about being honest and upfront from the beginning before even going on the 1st date. There’s no point in leading people on & it comes off insecure honestly.
