Two fun facts about Mexico's love for Dragon Ball:

1) Jiren's fight is the second time the country came together to witness a big DBZ fight. All the way back in the 90's, before internet culture was even a thing, it was reported by news outlets that a non-insignificant portion of Mexico's entire student body AND workforce, had called-in sick the same day the Goku Vs Freezer fight finale was aired on open TV, to party-watch Goku transform into the legendary Super Sayan.

2) There's a recurring name in Mexican Civil Registry's yearly list of banned names for children. Among the ridiculous names people want to call their babies for some reason (scrotum, underware, Batman, etc...) the #1 fictitional name people used until it was prohibited, was Gohan. Why not Goku? 'Cause obiously, YOU are Goku, so your son should be Gohan.
