The solution is in the BIOS, it may be that they have the speed of their vram or RAM memory configured incorrectly, or perhaps the frequency of their processor, since my case was that I had limited the vram of my graphics card to 2000mhz, only I set it to frequency in automatic mode and it solved my problem.

Thanks for the effort, but all those fix are well known for non fixing this error, you came with theories but bot experienced fix.

I finally found a fix, if you are playing with igpu let it use atleast 4gb of vram. If your gpu has vram less than 4gb directx error will popup. You can change vram in bios.

Dude i just bought a gaming laptop with GTX 1650 yesterday and ryzen 5 5600H, i downloaded te game and played it for an hour and it was working perfectly fine on battlenet then some hours later I started the game but it said some error and again l launched it, it said DirectX error and I've been launching it it says DirectX error. I will try to use ur ideas and tell if it works out.

The only way to play this game is to change the GPU gpu for a game no TNX .The majority of GPU are NVIDIA so game DEV don't care about others gpu brands .
