I wanted to launch sfc /scannow to fix the corrupted profile issue. Been three week I am looking for solution. Then, I came across this curious scannow file in the first account (which the start button didn't work so we made a new one). What do I do with?
My laptop has the Windows 10 ver 1607, which is prone to have this issue. I am still skeptical to use the icalcs, there are a lot of folders in winsxs. Does this need this folder to sfc /scannow? Then why it worked with DISM?

I've been having problems with my laptop when I try sfc/scannow it would go blue screen and restart by itself. I've tried everything and my disk is still at 100% and I checked it the programs that are eating the disk is System, windows update and windows module installer. I tried updating my windows but that's when the problem started and I tried system restore and it would always blue screen again. I really need your help how to fix this.
